Custom Hdpe Bottle Production Process

Custom HDPE bottle refers to HDPE pill bottles with high-density polyethylene as the main raw material. High-density polyethylene is lightweight, non-toxic, colorless, odorless, tasteless, good chemical stability, no strong acid, strong alkali and most solvents. It has good abrasion resistance, cold resistance and moisture resistance, and has sufficient strength, stiffness and impact resistance. Quantities of low-density polyethylene and linear polyethylene can be added to adjust processing and service properties. The molding process of ODM HDPE containers mainly includes extrusion blow molding and injection blow molding.

The extrusion blow molding equipment and process are relatively simple. After the extruder plasticizes the raw materials, the hot blank tube from the die is directly blow molded in the blow mold, and the finished product can be obtained directly after cooling.

The injection blow molding process starts with injection molding the parison. After the raw material is uniformly plasticized in the barrel of the injection molding machine, it is injected into the parison mold through the injection nozzle, and the bottle mouth and thread are directly formed, and the mold core takes the parison to the blow molder. The bottle body is blow-molded so that the bottle mouth of the plastic bottle is obtained and the bottle body is blow-molded so that the plastic bottle mouth and its thread have high dimensional accuracy, the bottle body has stable external dimensions, and the bottle cap and the bottle mouth cooperate. It is more precise and is conducive to the improvement of the sealing performance of medical plastic bottles, so HDPE medicine bottles produced by injection blow molding are generally welcomed by the pharmaceutical industry.
