If everything looks good, we'll create the final production mold, which is built to last for years of use. And yes, we offer free mold testing during this phase—because we want you to be confident before you invest.

Step 4: Production and Quality Control (We Don't Cut Corners)

Once the mold is approved, it's time to start production. Our factories are equipped with state-of-the-art injection molding machines that can produce up to 50,000 containers per day, so we can handle even large orders with tight deadlines. But speed doesn't mean sacrificing quality. Every container goes through multiple checks: material inspection before production, in-process checks to ensure consistency, and final inspection to catch any defects. We also test a sample from each batch for leaks, durability, and cap fit. If something doesn't meet our standards, we fix it immediately—no exceptions. The result? Containers that are ready to be filled with your deodorant and shipped to customers.

Step 5: Shipping and Support (We're With You Until the End)

Once production is complete, we'll package your containers securely (to prevent damage during transit) and arrange shipping.
