We get it – when you're sourcing from a
plastic packaging supplier China
, quality is probably top of mind. You've heard the horror stories: bottles that crack during shipping, pumps that break after a few uses, or materials that leach into products. That's why we built our entire process around one non-negotiable rule: quality first.
Certifications You Can Trust
Talk is cheap, so we let our certifications do the heavy lifting. We're ISO 9001:2015 certified, which means every step of our production – from raw material sourcing to final packaging – is documented, monitored, and continuously improved. And for brands in the pharmaceutical or sensitive skincare space, we're GMP compliant with dust-free workshops. That means your bottles are produced in environments that meet the same standards as medical device facilities – no dust, no contaminants, just clean, safe packaging.
Fun fact:
Our GMP workshop has air filtration systems that change the air 15 times per hour. To put that in perspective, most office buildings change air 2-4 times per hour. We take "clean" seriously.
Testing, Testing, and More Testing
Before a single bottle leaves our factory, it goes through a battery of tests. We check for leaks by subjecting bottles to pressure and temperature changes (imagine a bottle bouncing around in a hot truck – we make sure it won't spill). We test pump durability by pressing them 10,000 times (that's roughly how many uses a typical bottle gets) to ensure they don't jam or break. We even test the compatibility of our HDPE with different formulas – because what's the point of a beautiful bottle if it reacts badly with your product?
One of our clients, a natural skincare brand, once came to us with a problem: their previous supplier's bottles were warping when filled with their citrus-based serum. We tested three different HDPE blends with their formula, found the one that was 100% compatible, and created a custom bottle that not only solved the warping issue but also had a unique texture that made it stand out on shelves. That's the difference quality testing makes.
