We get it—working with a manufacturer can feel overwhelming, especially if you're new to the packaging world. That's why we've streamlined our process to make it as easy as ordering coffee (minus the wait for a barista). Here's how it goes:
Step 1: Tell Us Your Vision (No Detail Is Too Small)
Start by sharing what you need. Maybe you have a sketch of your dream bottle, or maybe you're still deciding between a fine mist and a stream spray. Either way, our team listens first. We'll ask questions like: What's the product inside? (A thick lotion vs. a watery toner needs different pump specs.) Who's your target customer? (Travelers might prefer smaller bottles; salons might want bulk sizes.) Do you have sustainability goals? (We offer PCR PET options for brands focused on eco-friendly packaging.)
Step 2: Design & Prototyping (See It Before You Commit)
Once we have your specs, our in-house design team gets to work. We'll create 3D renderings of your bottle and pump, so you can visualize exactly how it will look. If you're unsure about the pump type, we'll send you sample pumps to test with your product—because the last thing you want is a pump that doesn't work with your formula. We even offer free mold testing for custom bottle shapes, so you can tweak the design until it's perfect.
Step 3: Production in Our ISO9001 & GMP-Certified Workshop
Here's where the magic happens. Our
iso9001 certified packaging factory
isn't just a building—it's a space designed to prioritize quality. Walk through our doors, and you'll find a
dust-free gmp compliant workshop
where every surface is sanitized, and every worker follows strict hygiene protocols. Why does this matter? Because even a tiny speck of dust can clog a pump or contaminate your product. In our workshop, we control the environment so you don't have to worry about surprises.
Production starts with high-grade PET resin, melted and molded into your custom bottle shape. Then, the bottles move to our printing station, where we apply your logo, labels, or even embossed designs. Finally, the pumps are assembled and attached—by hand, in some cases—to ensure a perfect fit. Every bottle is inspected individually before being packed, because we believe "close enough" isn't good enough for your brand.
