Let's take a virtual tour. Walk through our workshop doors, and the first thing you'll notice is the quiet hum of machinery—not the chaos you might expect from a manufacturing plant. That's because every piece of equipment is calibrated for minimal vibration and noise, reducing the risk of dust displacement. The walls are lined with smooth, non-porous surfaces that resist dust buildup, and the floors are treated with anti-static coatings to prevent particle attraction.
Air Quality: The Invisible Guardian
Air quality is our top priority. Our workshop is divided into cleanrooms graded by ISO 8 standards, which means the air contains no more than 352,000 particles (≥0.5 microns) per cubic meter. To put that in perspective, a typical office might have millions of particles in the same space. How do we achieve this? Through a multi-stage filtration system:
-
Pre-filtration:
Catches large particles like dust and lint.
-
HEPA Filtration:
Traps 99.97% of particles ≥0.3 microns.
-
Air Pressure Control:
Cleanrooms maintain positive pressure to prevent unfiltered air from entering.
From Raw Material to Finished Product: A Seamless, Contamination-Free Flow
Contamination can happen at any stage, so we've designed our workflow to minimize human contact and cross-contamination. Raw materials—like medical-grade HDPE or food-safe PET—are stored in sealed containers and inspected for purity before entering the workshop. They're then fed into automated extrusion machines that melt and shape the plastic, all while being monitored by sensors for temperature and pressure consistency.
Printing and decoration? That's done in a dedicated clean zone. Our digital printing machines use food-grade inks that are free of heavy metals and toxins, and every label is inspected for smudges, misalignment, or air bubbles. Even something as simple as adding an embossed logo requires precision tools to ensure the design is crisp without damaging the container's integrity.
Finally, finished products are moved to a separate packaging area, where they're sealed in sterile bags or boxes before being shipped. No step is left to chance—and that's the GMP difference.
