High-Durability OEM Plastic Spray Bottles for Cosmetics - Long-Lasting Use

We use two main materials for our cosmetic spray bottles: PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) and HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene). Both are known for their durability and versatility, but they each have unique benefits that make them ideal for different products.

Clear PET Bottles: If you want to show off the color of your product (like a pink rose water mist or a golden facial oil), clear PET is the way to go. It has a glass-like clarity but is much lighter and shatter-resistant—perfect for travel-sized products or shipping. Our clear PET bottles are made from high-grade resin that can withstand drops from up to 1 meter without cracking, and they're resistant to most cosmetic formulas (excluding strong solvents).

HDPE Bottles: For products that need extra protection from light or chemicals (like body sprays with strong fragrances or hair care products with active ingredients), HDPE is the better choice. It's opaque, so it blocks UV rays, and it's highly chemical-resistant—meaning it won't react with your formula or leach any harmful substances. HDPE bottles are also incredibly tough: we've tested them to handle up to 500 psi of pressure, which is more than enough to survive being in a pressurized airplane cabin.

And if you're looking for an eco-friendly option, we offer PCR recycled plastic spray bottles made from post-consumer recycled PET. These bottles are just as durable as our regular ones, but they help reduce your brand's carbon footprint—something that's becoming more important for customers every day.

Materials are only half the story—our design features are what really set our spray bottles apart. Here are some of the key design elements that make our bottles durable and user-friendly:

Lockable Spray Head: One of the biggest complaints about spray bottles is accidental spraying. Whether it's in a customer's purse or during shipping, a spray that goes off unexpectedly can ruin clothes or waste product. Our lockable spray head solves this problem: just twist the head to the "lock" position, and it won't spray until you twist it back. It's simple, effective, and loved by both brands and customers.

Leak-Proof Seal: We use food-grade silicone seals in all our spray bottles. Silicone is flexible, heat-resistant, and creates a tight seal between the nozzle and the bottle—so no product leaks out, even if the bottle is turned upside down. We test every batch of seals to ensure they can withstand temperatures from -20°C to 80°C, so they work in any climate.

Durable Nozzle: The nozzle is the most used part of a spray bottle, so it needs to be tough. Our nozzles are made from high-quality PP (Polypropylene) and are designed to spray a consistent fine mist (or adjustable stream) for over 1000 uses. We also use anti-clogging technology to prevent the nozzle from getting blocked by product residue—something that's common with cheaper spray bottles.
