We know that custom packaging can feel overwhelming—especially if you've never done it before. That's why we've streamlined our process to make it as simple and stress-free as possible. Here's what you can expect when you work with us:
Step 1: Consultation – Let's Talk About Your Needs
It all starts with a conversation. You tell us about your brand, your product (Is it a liquid lipstick? A matte stick?), your target audience, and your vision for the packaging. Do you have a budget in mind? A timeline? Any specific materials or features you want? The more details, the better. Our team will ask questions to make sure we understand your goals, then share initial ideas and options. This is also when we'll discuss pricing and minimum order quantities—no surprises later.
Step 2: Design & Prototyping – See Your Idea Come to Life
Once we have a clear plan, our design team gets to work. We'll create 3D renderings of your tube, so you can see exactly how it will look from every angle. If you have feedback (e.g., "Can we make the cap a little smaller?"), we'll adjust until it's just right. Then, we'll build a physical prototype using our in-house 3D printer. This prototype is fully functional—you can twist it, test it with your product, and get a feel for the texture and weight. We offer up to two rounds of prototype revisions for free, because we want you to be 100% happy before moving forward.
Step 3: Mold Making & Testing – Ensuring Perfection
Once the prototype is approved, we move on to mold making. Our mold shop uses high-quality steel to create molds that are built to last (we still use molds from 5 years ago!). After the mold is ready, we run a small batch of test tubes to check for any issues—like uneven coloring, rough edges, or mechanical problems. We'll send these test tubes to you for final approval, and if everything looks good, we're ready for production.
Step 4: Production & Quality Control – Keeping Standards High
Production takes place in our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility, where every tube goes through rigorous quality checks. Our team inspects for things like consistent coloring, smooth mechanisms, and secure closures. We also test a sample of each batch for durability—dropping tubes from waist height, twisting the mechanisms 100 times, and checking for leaks. Only when a batch passes all these tests do we move on to packaging.
Step 5: Delivery – On Time, Every Time
We know how important timing is when launching a new product. That's why we stick to our delivery schedules. We work with reliable logistics partners to ship your tubes by sea, air, or express (depending on your needs), and we provide tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way. And if you ever have questions during shipping, our customer service team is here to help.
