We've all been there – you order a batch of sample vials, and when they arrive, half of them have scratches, the caps don't fit right, or the droppers are loose. It's frustrating, and it can delay your product launch or damage your brand's reputation. That's why we take quality control personally.
"Our workshop isn't just a factory – it's a place where every vial is inspected by someone who cares about getting it right. We don't ship until we'd be proud to have our own brand name on the packaging."
Our Dust-Free GMP Workshop: Where Cleanliness Meets Precision
Fragrances are sensitive to contaminants like dust, moisture, and bacteria – which is why our production happens in a state-of-the-art dust-free GMP compliant workshop. What does that mean for you? It means every vial is made in an environment where air quality is controlled, surfaces are sanitized regularly, and employees follow strict hygiene protocols. No more worrying about tiny particles ruining your fragrance or compromising safety.
Materials That Meet the Highest Standards
We source only the best materials – because a great design deserves great materials. For glass vials, we use high-quality borosilicate glass (known for its clarity and durability) or soda-lime glass for a more budget-friendly option. For plastic vials, we stick to medical-grade plastics like HDPE and PET, which are BPA-free, chemical-resistant, and safe for use with fragrances and skincare products. And yes, we can also help with sustainable options – like PCR (post-consumer recycled) plastics – if eco-friendliness is a priority for your brand.
Testing, Testing, and More Testing
Before any batch leaves our factory, it goes through a series of tests to make sure it meets our standards (and yours). We check for things like:
-
Leak resistance: We fill vials with water, shake them, and let them sit to ensure no liquid escapes – because a leaky sample vial is a disaster for both you and your customer.
-
Durability: We drop test vials from waist height (don't worry, gently!) to make sure they can handle the bumps of shipping and handling.
-
Label adhesion: We test how well labels stick to the vial, even after being exposed to heat or moisture – because you don't want your logo peeling off halfway through a customer's day.
-
Closure fit: We check that caps, droppers, and rollerballs fit snugly – no wobbly parts or loose lids here.
It might sound excessive, but we believe it's the only way to ensure that when you open that box of sample vials, you're smiling – not stressing.
