Let's cut to the chase: there are plenty of
cryogenic tubes manufacturers
out there, but not all tubes are created equal. Here's why researchers and biobanks across the globe keep coming back to us:
Medical-Grade Materials You Can Rely On
We only use
medical grade plastic bottles
materials for our cryogenic tubes—specifically, high-purity polypropylene (PP) that's been tested to meet USP Class VI standards. Why does that matter? Because lower-grade plastics can leach chemicals into your samples over time, especially under extreme temperature conditions. Our PP tubes are inert, non-cytotoxic, and won't interact with your samples, so you can store them for years without worrying about contamination.
Engineered to Survive the Harshest Conditions
Cryogenic storage isn't for the faint of heart. Liquid nitrogen plunges temperatures down to -196°C, and your tubes need to handle that without cracking, warping, or losing their seal. Our tubes are designed to withstand rapid temperature changes—from room temp straight into liquid nitrogen and back again. We've run countless tests: dropping frozen tubes onto concrete (they bounce back), subjecting them to thermal shock cycles, and even overfilling them to see if they burst. Spoiler: they don't.
Leak-Proof Seals That Actually Work
There's nothing worse than opening a cryo storage tank and finding a pool of liquid nitrogen where your samples should be. That's why we developed a double-seal system: a silicone rubber gasket (not cheap plastic!) that fits snugly into the cap, plus a threaded closure that locks tightly. We test every batch for leaks by submerging filled tubes in water and squeezing—if even a single bubble escapes, the entire lot gets rejected. No exceptions.
Sterility That Meets Your Lab's Standards
When you're working with sensitive biological samples, sterility isn't optional. All our cryogenic tubes come pre-sterilized using either ethylene oxide (EO) or gamma radiation—your choice, depending on your lab's protocols. Each tube is individually wrapped in peel-open packaging, so you can grab one and use it immediately without extra sterilization steps. And yes, we provide full sterilization certificates with every order—no guesswork involved.
