Every vial features a high-quality silicone gasket that creates an airtight, leak-proof seal. We've tested these gaskets rigorously: submerging vials in liquid nitrogen for 72 hours, subjecting them to ｄｒｏｐ tests from 1 meter heights, and even checking for leaks after 10 freeze-thaw cycles. We also offer two bottom options to suit your needs: conical and round. Conical bottoms are perfect for easy sample retrieval—they concentrate the sample at the bottom, so you can pipette every last ｄｒｏｐ without wasting valuable material. Round bottoms, on the other hand, provide better stability when placed in racks, making them ideal for automated handling systems. No matter which you choose, our vials are designed to fit standard cryo racks and storage boxes, so you don't have to adjust your existing setup.

As mentioned earlier, we offer custom barcodes that integrate with your lab's tracking system. But we can also add custom labels to your vials—like your lab's logo, batch numbers, or expiration dates. Our labels are printed using high-quality inks that are resistant to liquid nitrogen and freeze-thaw cycles, so they won't fade or peel off. We can also use laser etching for permanent labeling if you prefer.
