We know private label brands thrive on speed and customization. That's why our process is built to move as fast as your vision—without cutting corners on quality.
Step 1: Design Consultation (No Jargon, Promise)
We start with a conversation, not a questionnaire. Tell us about your formula (is it thick like body butter or thin like facial serum?), your bottle shape (sleek cylinder? Curved for grip?), and your brand vibe (luxury minimalist? Playful and colorful). We'll even ask about your target customer—are they frequent travelers (hello, leak-proof needs!) or eco-conscious (recyclable materials? PCR plastic?)
Step 2: 3D Modeling & Prototype Printing
Our in-house design team turns your ideas into a 3D CAD model. We'll share renderings so you can visualize the pump—how the button curves, where the logo will emboss, and how it sits on your bottle. Once you sign off, we 3D print a prototype mold using durable resin that mimics the feel of production-grade plastic.
Step 3: Hands-On Testing (Yes, We Get Messy)
We don't just mail you a prototype and cross our fingers. We test it
with your formula
(or a viscosity-matched stand-in). We'll video the pump in action: 500 presses to check for jamming, temperature tests (how does it hold up in a hot car?), and drop tests (because life happens). You'll get a detailed report with flow rate data, leak test results, and photos of the pump in use.
Step 4: Tweaks & Finalization
Need the pump to dispense 0.2ml less? Want the button in Pantone 18-3940 (that perfect "ocean blue")? No problem. We adjust the 3D model, print a new prototype, and repeat testing until it's
exactly
what you need. Most clients nail it in 2–3 rounds—way faster than traditional methods.
Step 5: Steel Mold Production & Mass Manufacturing
Once the prototype is approved, we craft the steel production mold. As an
ISO9001 certified packaging factory
, every mold is inspected for precision—no rough edges, no misaligned parts. Then, production begins in our
dust-free GMP compliant workshop
, where we monitor everything from material quality (medical-grade HDPE? BPA-free PET?) to assembly line hygiene.
