We often hear from clients who've worked with other suppliers and felt like they were just a number in a spreadsheet. That's why we've built our process around
your
timeline,
your
feedback, and
your
priorities. Let's walk through what it actually looks like to work with us – step by step, no surprises.
Step 1: The Free Design Consultation (Yes, It's Really Free)
Your journey starts with a 30-minute call with one of our packaging experts. No need to have a fully formed idea – some clients come with sketches on a napkin, others with detailed 3D models. We'll ask questions like:
-
What product will go inside the bottle? (Liquids, serums, oils, or something else? This affects material choice.)
-
What's your target audience? (A teen skincare brand might prefer vibrant colors, while a luxury line might lean toward frosted glass-like finishes.)
-
Do you have specific sustainability goals? (We offer PCR recycled plastics, lightweight designs to reduce shipping emissions, and recyclable components.)
-
What's your timeline? (Need samples in 2 weeks? Production in 45 days? We'll map out a realistic schedule.)
After the call, we'll send you a summary of our discussion and initial recommendations – including material options, capacity suggestions, and design ideas. No obligation to move forward, ever.
Step 2: Custom Mold Design & Prototyping
Once we've aligned on the basics, it's time to bring your vision to life. If you need a unique bottle shape or specialized spray mechanism, our in-house mold design team gets to work. We use 3D modeling software to create virtual prototypes, so you can see exactly how the bottle will look before we cut any steel. And yes, we offer
free test molds
for qualifying orders – because we believe you should be confident in the design before investing in full production.
For clients who prefer to work with existing bottle shapes but want custom details (like embossed logos or unique colors), we can modify our standard molds to save time and cost. One recent client, a natural haircare brand, wanted their 250ml spray bottles to have a matte black finish with gold foil logos. We adjusted our standard PET mold to add a textured grip and sourced food-grade gold ink that wouldn't fade – all within their budget.
Step 3: Sampling & Testing (Because "Close Enough" Isn't Good Enough)
Your prototype isn't just a pretty model – it's a functional test of how the bottle will perform in real life. We'll send you physical samples with the exact spray mechanism, material, and finish you've chosen. Then we encourage you to put them through the wringer: drop them from counter height, spray them 100 times in a row, test them with your actual product formula. Does the spray pattern stay consistent? Is the bottle comfortable to hold? Does the cap seal tightly to prevent leaks during shipping?
We'll also conduct our own rigorous testing in our lab: pressure testing for leak resistance, chemical compatibility tests to ensure the plastic won't react with your formula, and durability tests to mimic shelf life. One pharmaceutical client was (shocked) when we shared video of their spray bottles being frozen, thawed, and dropped – all without cracking. "We didn't realize packaging could be this tough," they told us. That's the peace of mind we build into every sample.
Step 4: Production in Our Dust-Free, GMP-Compliant Workshop
Once you approve the sample, we move to production – and this is where our
dust-free GMP compliant workshop
sets us apart. Unlike many suppliers who outsource production, we control every step in our own facility. Our workshops are equipped with HEPA filtration systems, temperature control, and regular air quality monitoring to ensure your products are never exposed to contaminants. For clients in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries, this isn't just a nice-to-have – it's a requirement.
During production, we conduct hourly quality checks: measuring bottle thickness, testing spray mechanisms, inspecting for defects. We even weigh random samples to ensure consistency in wall thickness – a detail that affects both durability and product weight (important for shipping costs!). And if something doesn't meet our standards? We fix it immediately, no excuses. We once halted a production run of 50,000 spray bottles because we noticed a minor inconsistency in the spray pattern. It delayed delivery by 3 days, but the client later told us that commitment to quality is why they've stayed with us for 5 years.
Step 5: Packaging, Shipping, and Ongoing Support
Production complete? We package your bottles with care – using recyclable materials whenever possible – and coordinate shipping to your location or directly to your contract manufacturer. We work with trusted logistics partners who specialize in transporting plastic packaging, so you don't have to worry about bottles arriving crushed or damaged.
But our relationship doesn't end when the bottles ship. We follow up to make sure everything meets your expectations, and we're always here for reorders, design tweaks, or new product launches. One skincare brand we work with started with 5,000 spray bottles for their toner; three years later, they're ordering 50,000 units across three different bottle styles – and we still schedule quarterly check-ins to discuss their evolving needs.
